Hey All,
I'm new to homebrewing and looking for pros who know what they're doing. I'm starting with 1-gallon batches and hope to move to 5-gallon as I get comfortable with it.

Welcome to the group! You hit upon a lot of experienced brewers including some pro brewers. We all had to start out with our first batch.

I first started with smaller batches too then worked my to 15 gallons but I'm now settled in with ten gallon all grain.
