New Brewer in MN

Hey everyone

Just wanted to give a quick shout to you all. I have been lurking around for a little while and have found a wealth on info from everything I've been reading. I had now Idea there was suck a science to making my favorite drink. Last sunday I started my first batch,the APA from John Palmer, and it was great fun. The problem I have now is waiting for that brew to mature. The only good part is all the Sierra Nevada I am drinking, so I have bottles to put my brew into. Once I taste it I will report back on my first batch heres to all of you :rockin:

Cheers, buddy. I spent a March weekend in St Cloud in at a boat show many years back. -2 F during the middle of the day. People in Massachusetts complain about the cold but I believe you guys have a monopoly on it.
