Hi everyone just wanted to give a shout out to all my fellow brewers seeing as I just joined this forum. I've been making my own wine now for 3 years and I feel like I don't know very much about it yet which is why I joined . I follow recipes that people give me but I don't really know why I put stuff in my wine that I put in and I'm hoping I can figure that out as I am sure there are some very knowledgeable people on here .
