Massive bump

I can't find any notables from my high school, though I was sure there was at least one. I do know that a girl who lived a block away and babysat me as a young kid is now a news anchor in NYC.

From the local college, there are Al Jardine (Beach Boys), Chris Kunitz (Defenseman and Alternate Captain for Pittsburgh Penguins, Stanley Cup winner) and Karen McDougal (Playmate of the Year 1998)

Nice idea for a thread.

Champlain Valley Union High School - Hinesburg, VT

Grammy nominated DJ Morgan Page. Good guy, had the pleasure of working with him in the studio way back then.

The girl from Prancer went to our school too, but meh.

Rich Central High School
Olympia Fields, IL

Kendall Gill - retired NBA professional basketball player
Julie Plec - screenwriter and co-creator of The Vampire Diaries TV show

I was in the same year as Ms. Plec and had many classes with her.

Wow, all these cool athletes!
I could be wrong, cause I'm not the type to keep track of such things, but I think my high school is best at producing pasty white guys who's best memories usually involved cow tipping.

We did have Mike Patton of Mr. Bungle and Faith No More. (and the rest of Mr. Bungle too)

One friend of mine was like the 25th American killed in Iraq, back when were expecting it to be over any day.

Didn't Mr. Bungle have a song called "Everyone I Went To High School With Is Dead"?

Vanilla Ice

He went to my school, but moved to Florida before graduating.

And to close the loop on this one, he dated the mother of my wife's high school classmate (while in south Florida)

Nobody from the years I was in HS have become famous yet, as far as I can tell. 14 years before my graduating class, Meg Tilly (actress) graduated from my HS.
