More yeast Post Cold Crash?

Don't know if this belongs more here or in the bottling section. If I cold crash my ale (which is in secondary) prior to bottling, do I need to add more yeast before I bottle? i.e does the cold crash cause enough yeast to settle out that there is not enough to carbonate?

You shouldn't have a problem carbonating post cold crash.

Even if it drops out completely clear you'll get enough yeast off the bottom when you rack to the bottling bucket. Viability might be a little low if the ABV level is high and it has been sitting on the cake for a while. See here for details:
