Kinda witbier

Hi Community,

I made a somewhat hoegaarden clone inspired by Larry's video in youtube:

(This guy served me as an inspiration to moving to AG when I was doing all extracts)

His recipe is
5lb 2-row
4 lb Flaked wheat
1lb Flaked oat

75min boil
60min 0.5oz US Goldings
15min 0.5oz Saaz
5min 1oz Bitter orange peel
5min 1oz Coriander
5min ~5 teabags of Camomille

OG 1.048
FG 1.008

Last week, I tried to follow his recipe with my left over ingredients and ended up with some differences.

My beer
2kg (4.4lb) 2-row
5lb Flaked barley
1lb Flaked oats
Single Infusion at 151.8F for 60min

75 min boil
60min 0.5oz East Kent Goldings (7.7AA)
15min 0.35oz Willamette
10min Whirlfloc tablet
5min 1oz Bitter orange peel
5min coriender
4min 2 teabags of Camomille + Apple tea (twinnings)

Yeast: Nottigham dry yeast

I ended up with an OG of ~1.040 and I am expecting a FG between 1.005 and 1.010. I expect to leave the beer alone for 3 weeks (2 weeks to go!) before bottling and checking gravities

I wonder what differences there will be between the recipes and what you think about it. After all, it is the first recipe that I adjusted ingredients for

It looks like a tasty beer recipe, but without wheat, it can't be witbier ;D
