Argh, rookie mistake. I haven't used Isinglass in forever and I'd forgotten to keep it in the fridge. Been out likely a month at room temp 68F. I crashed an IPA and racked it in a corny on top of this isinglass this morning. Very little confidence this will be very effective. On the other hand, I don't want to (over)dose by using too much isinglass, if this stuff still has any fining power. Thoughts on adding a fresh bottle (BSG, 2 0z., liquid, on 5 gallons beer)?
