Might sound like a funny question, but what hops can I use to get a fresh hay-like aroma? I love that, almost to the point of drinking a damn barnyard and I've been on a blonde ale kick lately. I'm thinking of some combination between saaz, hallertau, tettnang, either using us-05 or kolsch yeast.

Any ideas?

I just brewed with the german hersbrucker and I thought that it had a pretty strong hay-like aroma.

I made a wheat beer with it where I added an ounce around 10 or 15 min and a hint of the hay flavor came through.
