Help with kegerator leak

I have a converted chest freezer kegerator... where it is setting is linoleum right now but we are having carpet installed in a couple of weeks...I woke up today to find my kegerator had leaked ( still no idea where from) all over the floor, and had we had our new carpet down it would have been a major deal. I found the leaking keg and where it was leaking from, but no idea why the kegerator itself was leaking out. The only thing I can think of was the drain plug was leaking so I teflon taped that. is there ANYPLACE else that could be leaking? I have considered emptying it again and running silicone along each seam but again it LOOKED as if the drain plug was leaking but so slow we could not actually see it...... Also do any of you have the washer and dryer trays under your kegerators?
