So I build a keezer the other week and I went to make some adjustments to my beer lines last night and didn't notice that my temperature sensor fell out of my keezer, and it ran all day at freezer temps thus freezing the beer that I had in my kegs and lines. Am I going to be ok if if just let everything thaw out and then re-hook everything up or did I screw up all of my beer? Any help would be great!

Hey, you made your first Ice Beer. Pull out the alcohol and leave the rest behind. The style guideline for this type of beer is a Eisbock. However, you can ice any beer to concentrate the alcohol. There has been debate about its legality, however, ATF has officially stated that they do not consider it distillation, or illegal. Have fun.
