Hello All,
Just recently got into homebrewing here in Alabama. My wife bought me a nice homebrew kit a while back. Now, she wishes she hadn't because I'm taking over the kitchen. :rockin: I've made only a couple of batches so far, and was pleasantly suprised with the outcome. Now I'm looking to improve and get into making better/more complex homebrews. I've already found alot of useful information on this site, so decided to join up.
