Hello All. I've been brewing for just over a month now and loving it. I've got one in the primary and four in bottles. Still figuring everything out, but I learn best by doing. Read Papazian's book and have spent way to much time searching posts on this site. Just trying to soak up all the knowledge I can. Can't wait till next brewday this weekend.
