Hello everyone,
my name is Jonathan and i have just recently been turned onto the idea of doing some home brewing from a sous chef i work with. I've allways been interested in doing home brewing but never thought it was as relativly easy as it is, so for my first initial go here i am working on setting up some Apple Cider. Thank to this forum i think i have a good strong understanding of what i'm getting into, but i will keep everyone posted on how this goes

oh and i'm from BC, sorry almost forgot. I'm currently a full time cook at a private golf club with a little too much spare time on my hands atm haha
