Hi guys,
I'm right now fermenting an american IPA in which i used Pacific Jade for bittering and El Dorado for aroma. I took a sample today and looks amazing!
I'm planing to do a dry hopping on the secondary fermentor, but I could not decide myself. Do I dry hop using only the El Dorado, or should I use both? Anyone knows the flavor profiles of these hops from experience who could give me a hint?
