Looking for some advice, I was hoping to "Dry hop" EdWorts Apfelwein with cinnamon. My plan is to use 3 sticks of cinnamon, soaked in vodka to sanitize and dropped in the fermenter for the full 8-10 weeks I typically leave for full fermentation. I'm curious if anyone else has done this and, if so, what their methods and results were. Thanks in advance.
