Diacytl

Hi All,
Much too much diacytl on my latest lager. I did a rest for 3 days at 65F, but I'm assuming there was not enough yeast left to clean it up.

It's now laggering in it's third week. Are there any options I have to clean the diacytl.

Leave it out at room temp for a while and the remaining yeast should take care of it. It may take a few weeks, maybe longer.
