Sorry for the delay, I've been chasing a 2 yo all day... Here's what I have so far, I'll expand as I do more research

Allagash - any cool ship
Hill Farmstead - any but prefer sour
Russian River - beatification
Cigar City - hunaphu (prefer BA)
Firestone - 13 or 14 anniversary
Westvleteren 8 or 12

I love BAs and sours so I'd be open to something along those lines that I haven't had yet.
