have u ever had tallgrass brewing beers? their belgian tripel, velvet rooster, is very good!

Funny you mention them...we just receiwvd our first shipment of tallgrass yesterday. So looks like I can grab them anytime now, and looking forward to it.

allagash makes some really great brews besides the fv13 (which is very hard to get); odyssey aged in oak barrels, Interlude aged in red wine barrels with brett, curieux

True! Odell has a few good ones - lugene, meddler, shenanigans, deconstruction, amuste.

Crooked stave has some great beers - wild wild brett violet was just released. There is some good stuff coming out of Elevation Brewing too. Can't wait for signal de botrange to come out again. Prairie Artisan Ales is now available in Denver and I have been really enjoying their stuff too. Oh, and anything from Avery's barrel release series.
