Just brewed my first batch at my new apt. in Texas, way hotter than New England!
My Beer has been in primary for 5 days, usually at 70-72 degrees> I've been trying to keep it down but its hard working during the hottest part of the day. I tested the beer today and it's about where i want it, 1.05 --> 1.012 and doesn't taste like the heats ruined it. But i was planning on Dry Hopping.
My question is, since most of the fermentation is done, could i store my beer in my fridge and dry hop in secondary? Will it work cold?
Thanks and Cheers from a Transplant Texan.
