i've only brewed a lager once from a kit for a friend and am looking to make something light and easy for my non-craft beer friends. looking to use what ive got on hand.

just sold my set up so ill be doing brew in a bag and im not sure of my efficiency yet.

10 lbs pilsner or pale malt
.33oz centennial @ 60
.33oz centennial @ 20
.33oz centennial @ 5

im mainly concerned about the hop amounts, too much? too little?
they are leaf hop by the way.
Thanks for any input.

alright. assuming 10.5% AA, 5 gallon batch and 70% efficiency i have 23 IBU's. not a bad place to be. especially if you lager for two weeks and then carb for another week.

i used a kolsch as a framework for the numbers and you look in the money to me. you could move the 20 to 15 to try to keep some hop flavor.
