Took first place at the Wisconsin state fair this year.

5.5 gallon batch, standard carbon filter water filtration. 6.5abv

1.065 OG
48.8 ibu's
8.9 srm

12lb 2 row (US)
1lb victory
.5lb crystal 40
.5lb crystal 20
.25lb carafoam

.75 oz centennial @ FWH
.75oz cascade @ 15 min
1 oz cascade @10 min
1.5oz cascade @ 5 min
1.5 oz cascade @ flame out

Dry hop .75 cascade and . 75 oz Amarillo for 6 days

1650 ml 1056 yeast starter

Ferment at 63 degrees for 5 days and raise temp to 66.. Let it finish out and dry hop

I pretty much had this grain to glass in about 2.5 weeks, force carbed in keg.

Congrats on your 1st/2nd place finishes! I have a stout that is named "Bittersweet (Chocolate Love)".
