Hey guys I made some apelfewien the other day. I used 5 gallons of apple juice 1 kg of sugar and 1 packet champagne yeast pitched on top. The temp in my apartment is 24 degrees c, how long will it take to fully ferment? Its going strong now bubbling like crazy though the airlock. What do you guys think?
 
You can check the gravity to be sure, but at least 6 weeks is the recommended fermentation/conditioning time. Refer to EdWort's apfelwein thread and you'll have all your questions answered
