Anyone make their own Soy Sauce/Shoyu/Tamari??
I would like to buy a jar/bottle from you (or donate or whatever...).
I have a chef friend coming to visit me from Los Angeles and I would really like to present to impress! He loves my beer, loves the local honey, and really loves sharing techniques that he picks up from the asian influence in Socal. I figure why not present him with something he would really appreciate!
