Hello, Hello! Just a little intro. I've been brewing for about 2 years now. All grain for most of it. I'm at about 25 batches but honestly haven't kept count. 5gal batches blah blah blah. I've been scanning the forums for the past couple weeks while I try to avoid studying and figured I'd pop in and say hi.
