I have only brewed 7 batches of extract so I still consider myself a newbie. I have also only used Wyeast, and most batches used 1056 which has fermentation temp range of 60-72. My next batch uses Whites 001 which is very similar to 1056, but the Whites website as well as the vial says to ferment at 70* without any range listed. Why do they not list a range? Will I run into problems if I ferment in the 64-65* range I have done with Wyeast?
