Hello all:mug: . Iv made beer and wine in the past, some better than others but have quit for the last few years. I found a bunch of old brew kits that are probable gonna go bad, so I figured id brew em up and try distilling them. Only problem is I have no still, I do have 2- 5 gallon SS tanks and a 1/4" SS coil. My goal with this is having as pure as possible drinkable ethanol. 95-99% is what im thinking. Can anyone suggest a setup that is designed for these results?

Do I have to weld the connections? I don't think I could do it myself, its pretty thin gauge.

what kind of heating source would you suggest? I would think id need a very accurate heater to get the results im looking for.

thanks for the help

Peace

Go to homedistiller.org

Check out Amphora Society website.

Forget about using old brew kits and ferment Turbo yeast.

I could go on but this is more for beer here. Lots of info at homedistiller.
