After i rack my lager to the secondary how long do i lager it for at 38 degrees. yeast used was wyeast 2006 bavarian lager making an amber cervesa XX... thank you

The longer you can wait, the better. I lager my lagers for at least 3 months, regardless of strength. The higher the strength, they sit in the fridge longer (for up to 1.5 years). The longer you wait, the more mellow the beer will be, in general.

how long until i have to pitch yeast to condition them again? if i lager for 3 months will i have to re pitch to get carbonation?
