I brewed an Oktoberfest and the fermentation was done. I had it lagering in the secondary for 6 weeks when the refrigerator tripped the breaker while I was out of town. I don't know how many days it was off, but when I got back and checked everything was HOT. It's hot in Texas and the refrigerator is in the garage. I am ready to keg. Question is, do you think my beer is hurt and should I lager some more before kegging?
