Color change in the primary.

Hello everyone,
Is it normal for a Hefeweizen to lighten in color while in the primary?
Mine has gone from a pale brown to a pale orange color.

Furthermore I have to say that everyone on here is so helpful. Thank you all for sharing your love for home brewing.

Sounds normal.

The yeast will really kick up some creamy whitish/yellow colour as they ferment.

This sounds consistent with your colour change.

Yeast as well as proteins are settling out so the beer appears to be changing color as it gets clearer.
