New guy down South

Hi all,
I'm new to the hobby. I just sampled my first bottle from my first batch tonight, and I'm tickled to death. You'll probably get sick of me asking questions and "hopping" into conversations to glean what info I can, but hey, isn't this what the internet is all about?!? I'm open to ideas and suggestions, maybe even a little constructive criticism (so long as its constructive, not destructive). Glad to be here, and I'm ready to learn.
