hi,

About to do my second full boil. made a 50ft 3/8 chiller that worked like a dream on the first run.

I have read to add the chiller for the last 15mins of the boil for sanitation purposes. I did this, however i remember reading different theories about when to actually start the h20 flow. Is there an advantage to waiting 20mins or so? or is it better to kill boil, and start the h20?

thoughts?

thanks in advace for the feedback!

Start immediately after boil. The whole idea behind a chiller is to bring the temp down as quickly as possible.
