Trying to decide on conicals to get, my brewery will do 10 and 15 gal batches. I really like the look and product of the 17gal SS Brewtech unit, im just thinking there wont be enough headspace there for 15 gal batches, thoughts? I dont mind waiting for them to be in stock.

I have been wanting to make the jump to all grain and have been reading and learning for so long, my head kinda hurts now :) There are so many ways to skin a cat. I do know that I have to stay all electric. I was thinking of just getting a Braumester 50l but now im leaning more towards my own...
