    Kegging Issue

So when you rack the beer to the keg and turn on the gas you can still serve the beer at a regular pressure? Even though you just turned on the co2?

    Kegging Issue

I recently got two used kegs. I cleaned them and sanitized them and rack 5 gals of beer into one of them. I assembled all the lines and stuff for the kegarator with hose clamps and etc. I first tried the system with star san to sanatize the lines and it workd perfectly. However, when I turned on...

    Festbier BierMuncher's OktoberFAST Ale (AG)

Did this recipe yesterday. Mashed at 158 for an hour and did a 60 min boil. I only got 73% in my efficiency, so the OG was a bit lower than expected( right at 1.050). Im predicting that the FG will be 1.016 but for some reason, the app Im using says that the alcohol % will only be 4.6. Is that...

    Recipe feedback - Amber Ale

Flavour is a bit sweet, but I like it. Fg was 1.009 so its actually 6.4%. Its a bit dry but its pretty smooth considering the amount of alcohol

    Kolsch recipe feedback

Updates: - Used Nottingham because I couldnt find the kolsch yeast. - Fermented at 13-15 Celsius. - Used 2.5 oz of cane sugar to carbonate - Beer turned out extremely well, very pleasant and smooth, still cant believe I made it. - Tastes like a kolsch.

    High FG question

This is how the beer turned out and looks. No cidery flavour. Well balanced leaning a bit towards the hops. Smooth and slightly hoppy. My best beer so far (Ive only made 6 all grain so far and 2 are fermenting)

    APA recipe feedback

Thats the final result if anyone was curious. Beer has a slight taste to alcohol, with a spicy and citrusy flavour and aftertaste. The aroma is mostly cascade. Overall very good, its only been a week in the bottle so it can only improve.
