1 lb of caramel 80L

1 lb of melanoiden malt
0.6 oz of chinook at 60
0.4 oz of chinook at 0
1 oz of Willamette at 0
Safale US-05

SRM 16.2

That looks like a nice amber. Good blend of malts. The us05 will keep it true to itself. The chinook and willamette are pleasant. A touch of other earthy hops could be nice as well. Good luck with it.
