Store in a sealed zip-loc freezer bag, in the freezer. Evacuate as much air as you can, or use a vacuum storage container.

    Parts washer

It would be fine to clean brew equipment in. They don't come filled with greasy crud; that gets added later. A parts washer is basically a powdercoated steel sink with a lid and a filtered recirculation system. Though I wonder why you wouldn't be better off using a utility sink and add a...

    Is CTSP re-usuable?

Are you asking if the solution can be stored for later use? Yes, in a closed container for a few days. It will reduce in acidity over time, so long-term storage is not effective once mixed with water.

    HELP packet cidar is gross

If you remove enough yeast the flavor will change. Have you ever had a Hefeweizen? The flavor changes a lot if the yeast is filtered from the beer. That one change might make a huge difference in your cider.

White Grape juice wine gives hangover? Does it age out?

Alcohol does not evarporate very quickly while cooking. http://www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2011/11/alcohol-doesnt-really-cook-out-of-food-in-most-cases/ I think what you really need to do is revisit your fermentation and sugar feeding to reduce the percentage of fusel alcohol that is produced.

    Craft Brew Pubs in Portland

There is a McMineman's in Vancouver, just across the river from where you are staying. Some of the younger set might not reccomend them, but McMineman's built/rebuilt the brewbub scene in the greater Portland are, and they make some really good beers (and decent cheeseburgers). The Lucky...

somehow I knew this would happen eventually

On any given day you'll find that several minors are either served or sold to. It's not the fault of the product. It's entirely the fault of the server/ sales staff.

    One week brew time?

One week brew time on the cheap: Go to the liqour store. Buy beer. Drink beer. Go back a week later. Repeat as needed. There is no other way unless you want to drink young beer, and at $500 for their system I'll pass.
