A nice spicy rye intermingled with light banana and clove attributes.
5.5 lb Rye
3 lb Munich Light
2 lb Pale 2-Row
0.25 lb Carapils (Dextrine Malt)
0.75 lb Caramel Wheat
0.5 lb Chocolate Rye

.5lb of Rice Hulls is probably a good idea

Hop Additions:

1oz Hallertau Mittelfruh @ 60 min
.25 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh @ 20 min
.25 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh @ flameout

White Labs - Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast WLP380 w/starter


Very drinkable especially for non-hefe fans. I've brewed this twice and enjoy very much having it as a staple in my house.
