Wlp 005 + 080?

Brewing a blonde ale and I have two yeast on hand I haven’t used before.
Making this for a river trip and want a refreshing beer, with some flavor.

I have WLP080 and WLP005. I had the idea to make a 50/50 starter and use that. Might get the crisp refreshing qualities from the 080 and the 005 to help add some with the Marris otter.

Thoughts?

Malts (10 lb 12 oz)

9 lb (83.7%) — Castle Malting Chateau Maris Otter — Grain — 2.1 °L
1 lb (9.3%) — Briess Wheat White Malt — Grain — 2.3 °L
8 oz (4.7%) — Caramel/Crystal Malt — Grain — 7.9 °L
4 oz (2.3%) — Briess Carapils — Grain — 1.5 °L

Hops (1 oz)

0.5 oz (10 IBU) — Cascade 5.5% — Boil — 60 min
0.25 oz
(3 IBU) — Cascade 5.5% — Boil — 25 min
0.25 oz
(2 IBU) — Cascade 5.5% — Boil — 10 min

Personally, I wouldn't blend...especially since the 080 is already a blended mix of ale and lager yeast.

I'm a big fan of British Ale yeast in cream ales/blonde ales myself so I can definitely see your dilemma!
