Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these. I recently did a pale ale, and it smells amazing in the carboy. Was going to do citra but the LHBS was out. I might do the same recipe but use citra and compare, due to the fact I just snagged 6 oz of citra while they had it.

I did a Belgian ipa with Zythos and Brett B Trois.
I used 4oz all in the last 15 minutes and it was bloody great.
There have been plenty of people who were unimpressed by the blend, but I would use them again

i'm one of the unimpressed. rather than using a blend i'd rather use the constituent parts on their own.

Ive got an IPA on tap built off the blind pig grain bill and I used zythos. It's ok. But I won't use it again. I've had better IPA recipes.

I recently did an IPA and used it for my buttering hop since the AA is approx 11 and that was just what I was shooting for. I've heard it's not that great for anything besides bittering though.

Make that bittering. Dang auto correct! Man doesn't popcorn sound really good right now?
