I finally purchased an extra fridge last week for fermentaion and sunday after i washed my 1056 yeast from a porter i threw the jars in the ferm fridge. Question is: is the 60-65 degree temps adequate for storing the yeast or should it be down in the 40's like the food fridge?

they have been at 45-60 since monday (n controller yet), are they still good... got two super thick slurry's, would hate to lose em

No problem with those temperatures for a week or two, but keeping them at food fridge temperatures will keep them fresher for longer.
