Ugh, I did something stupid. Bought all my ingredients and accidentally left the bag that had my hops and yeast on the counter overnight. I know the hops will be fine, but I'm worried about the yeast. I know they won't be DEAD but if I try to use them in a bock which I'm going to ferment at around 50-60 will they be overactuated? Think I'll be safe to use em or should I get another batch?

Can you make a starter? If so, do that and your yeasties will be fine. What is the OG and batch size you're making?

I tend to agree that it's likely just fine. Those smack packs take 3-5 hours to inflate after smacking them in my experiences. so overnight should be OK.
