Yeast starter, dark ring at top

When I made it I accidentally doubled the DME, then diluted it a little once I realized. I was going to use it anyways, but now it looks odd. Ill post a link to the thread about what happened while I was making the starter yesterday. Here's a picture:

Also, I stirred it up probably 30 minutes ago
