Yeast Pitching Conundrum

So I lugged home all of my gear to brew a holiday IPA today with my dad and my uncle (and of course I brought a couple kegs with me). My wife and I are crashing here with my parents for a couple days, so here's my issue:

Do I chill and pitch tonight, then let the beer start fermenting and travel back to the city (~1 hr.) with fermenting beer

OR

Do I wait to pitch until I get home on Saturday or Sunday?

Either the beer will have started fermentation for two days, or the wort will be sitting for two days. What should I do?

I'd probably pitch, I guess, unless your sanitation is impeccable.

I'd pitch right away. It'll be fine on the way home, with the airlock in place.

As others have said, pitch. Traveling that distance with fermenting beer isn't an issue.
