I'm brewing Jamil's chocolate hazelnut porter, and I'm wondering what yeast I should use. He suggests using WLP002, but I would prefer to use Wyeast instead of White Labs. I'd like the beer to finish sweet, but not too sweet. Would the Wyeast London Ale yeast (1028) have too much attenuation? What other Wyeast strains would be good for this beer?

It would also be nice to be able to use the same yeast for my Irish Red Ale. I used 1056 for my Irish Red last time I brewed it, and I wasn't a huge fan of it. Are there any Wyeast strains that would work for a chocolate hazelnut porter and an Irish Red Ale?
