Lets say my latest batch of brew was gonna have a stuck fermentation. If I was to add yeast energizer or/and nutrient. How would I do it? Just drop it in dry.......or boil some water, put the energizer/nutrient in the water, cool the water, then pour it in? Put some DME in it too?

Be really careful with how much you do put in. I ruined a batch because i put way too much in and it had the mightiest yeast flavor you could ever imagine.

Thanks for the info. How much did you put in? The yeast actually started kind of slow. It's a pretty thick krausen now. The brew started at 1.077. It was only supposed to be 1.064. So I was a little worried that yeast wouldn't drop the gravity to 1.016. Only time can tell now. I've never had stuck fermentation and I hope I won't. (Knock on wood)
