Has anyone used Wyeast Kolsch II 2575 yet, how does it compare to Wyeast Kolsch Ale 2565 and White Labs German Ale/Kolsch Ale WLP029. I've tried the White Labs and didn't like it one bit. I got it as cold as possible (61*F) but it still had a very heavy fruityness to it. Wyeast claims their Kolsch yeast can get down to 55*F so I'm hoping it will retard the fruityness.
