The good news is, I'm brewing this weekend. I'm just not sure what yet. Stopped by my LHBS this afternoon and found myself looking through the 50% off yeast. I found a smack pack of Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale, and decided to give it a go. Now I'm trying to decide what to use it in.
I've been meaning to do a Maris Otter SMASH, possibly with Columbus hops. I've also been wanting to do the Caribou Slobber (Moose Drool clone) from NB. I have the ingredients for both.
So, I'm turning to the community. What say you? MO SMASH or Caribou Slobber.
