Hey Guys,
Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I'm taking a craft brewing class and my 'homework' is to ask a pro brewer a few questions. Unfortunately, family life prevents me from making it into a brewery in the next few days and I was hoping I might find some assistance here. If anyone works or has worked as a brewer, I'd appreciate any responses to some or all of the questions below:
1. Name, Title, Brewery, Experience (As much as you're comfortable sharing)
2. What is the one thing you wish someone told you before you started working in the brewing industry?
3. What is the one tool you always have with you on brew day?
4. Do you have a favorite bad day at the brewery story you'd be willing to share?
5. Any advice for someone considering entering the field?
