I wonder if it’s some type of lubricant (grease) from the machines?
Beer was from "Merchant du Vin - Specialty Beer Importers Since " was suppose to be gluten free ale (buddy was trying different beers to find out was was making his stomach upset) and thought it might be some strange thing with gluten.

There's a five guys a few towns over that has moldy lines. Soda drinkers may not notice it, but it really shows if you are drinking water from the machine. I've told them about three times in the course of a year. I don't think they care. I think they just leave it their coke distributor who doesn't get told.That looks like the slime mold that grows in soda lines, beer lines, ice machines, ice cream machines and any other liquid moving machinery/hoses that don't get cleaned properly and regularly. There is a real problem with that kinda mold growing in the nozzles of soda machines in restaurants, always look before you get a drink.
