Brewday completed at 4:30pm MST. 10g Kona Fire Rock Pale Ale in fermenters & yeast pitched. OG was 1.056.

We also found time to rack 10g American Wheat to kegs.

Also today both remaining kegs ran dry. Nothing on tap until Wheat is carbed next week.

Decided to have a taste of the remaining blonde ale that I used as a starter for this Brrrrrleywine.

I have been talked into making a dark mild partigyle ale with the remaining sugars. Added unkown small amounts of crushed C120, Chocolate malt, and Black patent to the grains & steeped them for 20-30 min. Draining now.

Barleywine measured OG = 1.131
Dark Mild Partigyle measured OG = 1.035

Both kettles are chilling in 49F pool right now.

Brewday completed and I even racked 10g of BMs Fire Rock Pale Ale Clone to the kegs. Yeast is pitched. See you guys next brewday.

Thanks Soper - caught a little of it...

My kegs show up tomorrow, so next time I'm in P-town maybe I can swing by and see your set up?

(I can drop off a couple bottle of cherry melamel as well!)
