So I was in a hurry to brew up a stout so I pitched two vials of wlp Irish Ale
Yeast instead of doing a starter. Soooo it's been a couple days and not much is
Up with the airlock AND I noticed my basement is up to 70 degrees AND I have no
Way to decrease the temp further. So should I pitch some dry yeast to get things going?
It would seem a more warm tolerant strain may be better. Maybe S-05? Help!
